Deposit and cancellation policy 

Effective Date: 01/06/25

To ensure smooth scheduling and to protect both our clients and practitioners, Forgotten Frowns Beauty and Aesthetics enforces the following deposit and cancellation policy:

Deposit Policy

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments for aesthetic treatments.
• Deposits are payable at the time of booking, whether online, over the phone, or in person.
• This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment at the time of your appointment.
• Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours of booking may result in your appointment being released to other clients.
• For beauty treatments, no deposit is required. However, our cancellation policy still applies and if frequent cancellation or no shows you maybe asked to pay upfront for your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to a future appointment.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may result in a fee equivalent to up to 50% of the treatment cost. For beauty therapy treatments this may require paying for your treatment prior to your next appointment.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.
• If we are still able to provide the service in the remaining time, the treatment may be shortened to avoid delays to other clients.
