I had an amazing deep tissue sports massage last night. Cassie is very friendly and professional. She found lots of hidden knots and released them, and my body is feeling a lot better today. I highly recommend her services, and I will be booking again.

Just had a lovely facial with Cassie at Forgotten Frown. It was the first one I've had in long time and it was so relaxing but also professional and informative (I like to ask lots of questions like skin type, products used etc and Cassie was great !) I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed which is great especially with this weather and general life stresses !!

I booked in with Cassie for my first ever lymphatic drainage facial and I have to say, I can't believe the difference! My puffy cheeks have disappeared and my skin feels great. But more importantly, I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time, and it was 40-minutes of pure bliss.
